The MondoPal delivery in details

MondoPal has partnered up with Chronopost, the French leader in express delivery. Here is how the MondoPal x Chronopost delivery works in detail.

You choose your delivery date on www.mondopal.com when you place your order. Then, you are notified the day before your delivery by email or text message of the arrival of your packages.

Change of delivery place

If you have chosen to be delivered to your home but something unexpected happens, you can change the delivery location with a few clicks.

Delivering your parcel to a local pickup point 🏪

You can opt for delivery to a local pickup point such as at a post office, in Chronopost branches or in one of the 9,000 shopkeeper pickup points in the Pickup network in France, check all locations.

Leaving your parcel in a safe place 🔑

This delivery option lets you choose a safe place where the parcel will be left as per the instructions you have given.

Delivering your parcel to a neighbour 😃

Enjoy greater flexibility and comfort by opting to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour.

Re-scheduling the delivery date

You can also reschedule the delivery of your parcels to a later date, up to 6 working days.

Live parcel tracking and delivery within a one-hour time-slot

On the day of your delivery, you will receive a notification specifying a one-hour delivery time-slot. In addition, you can now enjoy live tracking of your parcel while it is out for delivery.

An unexpected event? No panic

Up to one hour before delivery, you can re-schedule your delivery to another day, or designate another delivery location as explained above.
