I am having technical issues on the platform

From time to time, you may experience some technical issues with one of our platforms, such as our website. For example, it might be crashing, you might see an error that says “Something went wrong”, or some details of your account may be missing or not displaying properly. You might also notice that some features are temporarily unavailable. If site features are loading slowly or unavailable, we might be carrying out scheduled maintenance. Otherwise, there might be a bigger issue, and that is on our side.

Ok, so what should I expect?
